Abstract

The severity of the condition with DCM, in addition to the classic signs of circulatory failure are also determined by the severity of heart rhythm disturbances. The most difficult in terms of prognosis is the pathology of the conduction system of the heart, among which bradyarrhythmia (bradycardia) occupies a special place. Long-term bradyarrhythmia (bradycardia) in a child of any age contributes to the development of secondary arrhythmogenic cardiomyopathy with expansion of the cavities and disturbances, first of all, of diastolic and then systolic function.
