Abstract

This article explores the evolving landscape of language assessment and testing in Russian language, highlighting the shift towards communicative competence and the integration of technology. It examines the limitations of traditional assessments, analyzes current trends in assessment design, and discusses the potential and challenges of using technology in language evaluation.
