INVESTIGATIVE JUDGE: NEED, OPPORTUNITY AND EFFECT

In this article, in accordance with the procedural legislation in force in our country, most of the evidence regarding the fact that a person has committed a certain crime and his guilt are the inquiry and preliminary investigation processes, and the initiation of a criminal case on the one hand, which works in a diametrically opposite position in these processes ( or termination), information is given on the collection, evaluation and consolidation of evidence in the case.
