DETERMINING MORBIDITY INDICATORS IN FEMALE STUDENTS OF FERTILE AGE DURING A MEDICAL EXAMINATION AT PRIMARY CARE

Abstract
The article is devoted to determining the incidence rates among female students of fertile age based on the data of a medical examination conducted at the primary care level. The introduction substantiates the importance of monitoring the health of young women of reproductive age, as this may affect the general population and the health of future generations. The main objective of the study is to identify the prevalence of various diseases and assess the health status of female students, which will improve preventive measures and ensure early detection of diseases at the primary level of health care. The methodology included the collection and analysis of morbidity data obtained during medical examinations, with an emphasis on such aspects as the frequency of detection of chronic diseases, infections, and functional disorders. The study used statistical methods to analyze the data, which made it possible to determine the most common diseases among female students and their possible causes. The results show a high morbidity among young women, especially in such categories as diseases of the respiratory system, genitourinary system and metabolic disorders. The findings of the study emphasize the need for regular preventive examinations for early detection of pathologies, which can significantly reduce the risk of chronic diseases in the future. The work contributes to the understanding of the epidemiological picture among women of childbearing age and can serve as a basis for the development of specialized medical surveillance and prevention programs. The limitations of the study are related to the limited sample and difficulties in accessing complete data on the health of female students, which suggests the need for further research on a larger sample. The practical significance of the work lies in the formation of recommendations for improving prevention and screening in the primary health care system, which also has social consequences in the form of improving public health and reducing the economic burden on health care.
