ON VERBS EXPRESSING EVIL ACTION IN ENGLISH AND UZBEK HOUSEHOLD TALES

This scientific article is devoted to the study of action verbs representing the evil in English and Uzbek household tales, as well as, their importance in understanding various nations’ folklore and culture. The research considers the field of folklore as the main subject of its study. The aim of this research work is to analyze the semantic features of verbs expressing evil through illustrative examples in two different cultures’ household tales.
