Furthermore, it delves into various diagnostic tools, including imaging techniques like echocardiography and MRI, which are critical for accurate assessment. The role of dispensary registration for ongoing monitoring and rehabilitation efforts, including lifestyle modifications and pharmacological treatment, is highlighted to improve patient outcomes.
