RULE OF LAW-A FACTOR IN THE WELL-BEING OF SOCIETY
Abstract
This article is aimed at ensuring compliance with legislation and judicial legislation, reforming legislation and judicial legislation, democratizing and modernizing society, implementing legislation and improving legislation, as well as improving the efficiency of government and society.The truth is a clear and straightforward statement of the truth. At the same time, it has been politically analyzed that the rule of law becomes a moral barometer that defines the principles of justice as a judge in society, and creativity becomes a vital need of citizens in such a social environment.
