Abstract

It emphasizes the importance of identifying talent not solely through physical performance but through a comprehensive evaluation of physiological, psychological, and developmental factors. The need for a structured, inclusive, and technologically supported selection system is discussed, along with recommendations for improving current practices and aligning them with long-term athlete development models.
