CULTIVATING SAFETY: AN IN-DEPTH ANALYSIS OF PATIENT SAFETY CULTURE THROUGH NURSES' EYES IN ISFAHAN'S EDUCATIONAL HOSPITALS
Abstract
Patient safety is a paramount concern in healthcare, and understanding the culture of patient safety is crucial for enhancing healthcare quality. This study delves into the perspectives of nurses working in educational hospitals in Isfahan, focusing on their insights into patient safety culture. Through surveys, interviews, and observations, this research aims to comprehensively explore the attitudes, behaviors, and organizational factors that contribute to the patient safety culture in these hospitals. The findings shed light on the strengths and weaknesses of the current culture, providing valuable insights for healthcare leaders, policymakers, and educators to further cultivate a culture of patient safety in educational hospital settings.
