IDEOLOGICAL AND LEGAL PRINCIPLES AIMED AT FORMING A SOCIAL STATE AND IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF HUMAN LIFE

Abstract

 This study explores the ideological and legal foundations essential for establishing a social state focused on enhancing the quality of human life. It examines the principles that guide the development of social policies and legal frameworks to ensure equitable access to resources, social justice, and human dignity. Emphasis is placed on how these principles shape government responsibilities in providing welfare, protecting rights, and fostering inclusive growth. The analysis highlights the interplay between ideology and law in promoting social cohesion and sustainable human development.
