INNOVATIVE APPROACHES TO THE DIAGNOSIS AND TREATMENT OF ODONTOGENIC SINUSITIS
Abstract
This article provides an analytical overview of the etiology, clinical characteristics, diagnostic innovations, and modern treatment strategies for odontogenic sinusitis (OS). Recent years have seen the widespread adoption of cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT), molecular biological methods, artificial intelligence (AI)-based diagnostics, and minimally invasive endoscopic surgical techniques. The study highlights the advantages of these innovative technologies, evaluates their clinical outcomes, and discusses future development prospects in the management of OS. Additionally, a comparative analysis of traditional and innovative methods is presented, illustrating improvements in diagnostic accuracy, surgical precision, and patient recovery.
