STRATEGY OF LEADERSHIP MANAGEMENT CULTURE IN BUILDING A COMPETITIVE UNIVERSITY
Abstract
In the 21st century, the activities of universities and institutes are developing day by day. Each university strives to create distinctive features that set it apart from others. By providing wide opportunities and conditions in accordance with global demands, universities continue to improve their operations in an environment of intense competition. Through the implementation of these extensive and significant changes, a university creates its own unique and inimitable image. The extent to which a university or institute achieves success largely depends on the individuals who manage it.
