THE IMPORTANCE OF DEVELOPING AND ASSESSING MOTIVATIONAL SKILLS IN INCREASING THE EFFICIENCY OF TEACHERS

Abstract

This article covers the theoretical and practical aspects of developing and assessing motivational skills in increasing the effectiveness of teachers' activities. The role of teacher motivation in the educational process, the factors of its formation, types of internal and external motivation, as well as mechanisms for assessing motivation are analyzed. The study considers methods for developing motivation based on modern pedagogical approaches and substantiates their impact on the quality of education and pedagogical efficiency. The results of the article are of practical importance in improving the activities of teachers, supporting professional development, and creating a motivational environment in educational institutions.
