MANAGING CREATIVE DEVELOPMENT IN PRESCHOOL EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS: A METHODOLOGICAL APPROACH

Abstract

This scientific article examines the methodology of managing creative development in preschool educational organizations, focusing on its theoretical and practical foundations. The study highlights the importance of modern pedagogical approaches, innovative management technologies, and the professional competencies of educators in fostering children’s creative abilities. Special attention is paid to the role of artistic activities, play-based learning technologies, and the creation of a supportive creative environment in developing independent thinking, creativity, and aesthetic perception among preschool children. The research findings contribute to improving the effectiveness of creative development management and offer practical recommendations for enhancing educational quality in preschool institutions.
