FORMING THE FUTURE STRATEGY OF SERVICE ENTERPRISES BASED ON SWOT ANALYSIS
Abstract
This article provides a comprehensive analysis of the theoretical and practical aspects of using the SWOT analysis method in developing strategic directions for service sector enterprises. The study examines the role of the service industry in the modern economy, assessing both internal and external factors that affect its competitiveness. Based on the interaction between Strengths (S), Weaknesses (W), Opportunities (O), and Threats (T), a strategic model is developed to ensure the sustainable long-term growth of the service sector in Uzbekistan. The practical significance of this research lies in providing scientifically grounded recommendations for managers and policymakers engaged in strategic planning within the service industry.
