FORMS OF ADMINISTRATION AND THEIR EFFECTS ON THE EMERGENCE AND RESOLUTION OF SOCIAL CONFLICTS
Abstract
This article examines various management methods and their relationship with social conflicts. Social conflicts are an inevitable part of social life and may arise from personal as well as structural factors, including racial, ethnic, political, and economic differences. Conflict management plays a crucial role in maintaining social stability, harmony, and cohesion. The article analyzes different management approaches, such as diplomatic, political, legal, and socio-economic methods. The study demonstrates that the choice of a management method can have a significant impact on the nature, intensity, and duration of social conflicts. It also evaluates the effectiveness and performance of each management approach in addressing social conflicts. Some methods contribute to the peaceful resolution of conflicts and promote cooperation and mutual understanding among various social groups, while others may intensify tensions and exacerbate conflict.
