INFORMATIZATION OF THE LIBRARY SPHERE AS A SOCIO-PHILOSOPHICAL PHENOMENON OF SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT IN UZBEKISTAN

Abstract

the article examines the processes of social informatization in the Republic of Uzbekistan from a socio-philosophical perspective, focusing on the transformation of the library sector. Libraries are analyzed as key social institutions responsible for preserving social memory, disseminating knowledge, and shaping the national information space. Special attention is paid to state policy in the digitalization of librarianship, the development of network-based cooperation, and the integration of information resources.
