INNOVATIVE METHODS FOR TEACHING BASS GUITAR PERFORMANCE IN MUSIC SCHOOLS

Abstract

This article examines innovative methods for teaching bass guitar performance in music schools and analyzes their effectiveness in improving students’ musical and technical skills. The study focuses on modern pedagogical approaches used in instrumental music education, including interactive learning technologies, multimedia resources, ensemble-based learning, and digital music software. The research highlights the importance of integrating innovative teaching strategies with traditional instrumental instruction in order to improve students’ rhythmic accuracy, musical creativity, and performance abilities. The findings show that the application of innovative teaching methods increases students’ motivation, supports independent practice, and enhances the overall quality of music education. The study also emphasizes the role of modern digital technologies in creating more interactive and effective learning environments for bass guitar students. Based on the research results, several recommendations are proposed for improving bass guitar instruction in music schools through the use of modern educational technologies and student-centered teaching approaches.
