MECHANISMS TO ENSURE EFFICIENT USE OF MATERIAL AND GOODS RESERVES IN CONSTRUCTION ORGANIZATIONS

Abstract

 This article examines modern mechanisms for ensuring the efficient use of inventory (material resources) in construction organizations. A scientific and practical analysis is conducted on inventory management methods, including logistics optimization, implementation of digital technologies, rational use of resources, and cost reduction strategies. The study also highlights the improvement of planning, accounting, and control systems for inventory in construction enterprises. Furthermore, ways to enhance economic efficiency through effective resource management are substantiated.
