PSYCHOLOGICAL BASIS OF CORRECTION OF AGGRESSIVE BEHAVIOR

Abstract

In this work, the nature of aggressive behavior, the reasons for its occurrence, and the psychological basis of its correction are comprehensively covered. Aggression is a complex form of human behavior, its formation under the influence of biological, social and psychological factors is scientifically justified. The research analyzes the types of aggressive behavior, forms of manifestation and their dependence on age, environment and individual characteristics.

Also, the effectiveness of modern psychological approaches in the correction of aggressive behavior - cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychoprophylaxis, social learning theory, emotional management techniques and communication skills development methods - will be revealed. Pedagogical and psychological tools, the role of the family environment, and the importance of preventive and corrective work in educational institutions are emphasized in the work.

The results of the research are of great practical importance in reducing aggressive behavior, improving social adaptation of the individual, and creating a healthy psychological environment. This work can serve as a methodical guide for psychologists, pedagogues and parents.
