THE USE OF NEW PEDAGOGICAL TECHNOLOGIES IN PHYSICAL EDUCATION LESSONS IS A REQUIREMENT OF THE TIMES

Abstract

 It is extremely important to radically improve the quality and effectiveness of physical education teaching at school, to make it inseparably connected with life, and to prepare students for socially useful work and the defense of the Motherland. From this point of view, a modern physical education lesson should fully reveal the main meaning of the studied material and emphasize the vital significance of exercises aimed at developing the working capacity and physical qualities of all students, including agility, strength, and endurance.
