FOLK AND NATIONAL GAMES AS A MEANS OF TRAINING YOUNG BASKETBALL PLAYERS

Abstract

As the analysis of literature sources has shown, insufficient attention is still paid to folk and national movement games as a means of physical and technical-tactical training for young athletes, including basketball players. This determined the purpose of the study: to investigate the influence of movement games on the training of young basketball players aged 10–11 years.
