ANALYSIS OF THE RESULTS OF COMPREHENSIVE CONSERVATIVE TREATMENT OF PATIENTS WITH POST-BURN SCAR DEFORMITIES OF THE UPPER LIMB

Abstract
In this article, the author proposes a comprehensive conservative treatment of patients with post-burn scar deformities of the upper limb. The effectiveness of treatment was studied in 112 patients who underwent complex conservative treatment. The patients were divided into 2 groups: group 1 consisted of 51 and group 2 61 patients. 93.4% of patients in the main group obtained good and satisfactory results. In the comparison group, these figures were 80.4%. Based on this, the proposed schemes for complex treatment of patients with post-burn scar deformities of the upper limb made it possible to improve the results by up to 13%.
