Abstract

Данная статья посвящена исследованию проблем защиты молодёжи от злонамеренных действий и противоправного поведения. В работе анализируются причины возникновения правонарушений среди молодёжи, социальные, психологические и правовые факторы, способствующие их распространению. Рассматриваются международные и национальные правовые механизмы защиты молодёжи. Исследуется роль семьи, образовательных учреждений и общества в профилактике противоправного поведения. Разработаны конкретные меры по предупреждению правонарушений и практические рекомендации.
