Abstract

This article analyzes the modern transformation processes in the higher education system on a scientific basis. The study deeply examines areas such as modernization of educational content, introduction of a competency-based approach, digital pedagogy, international integration, development of scientific and research activities, and improvement of the management system. The results show that changes in higher education are complex in nature and play an important role in improving the quality of education and training competitive personnel.
