THE LINGUISTIC POETICS IN THE EPIC OF KOROGHLU (In the example of antonyms from the point of view of linguistics)

Abstract

This article explores the literature, linguistic features, and lexicon of the Epic of Koroghlu. Additionally, a brief introduction to the concept of linguistic poetics is provided. The focus is on the contemporary understanding of linguistic poetics in the field of language studies. The linguistic characteristics of the Epic of Koroghlu are analyzed, paying attention to the analysis of antonym words used in their poetic or narrative texts. The meanings of the antonym words are explained, and their role is identified within the context of the text.
