SCIENTIFIC AND THEORETICAL FOUNDATIONS OF BUDGET POLICY
Abstract
In this article Author examines the scientific theoretical foundations of budget policy and forms the theoretical foundations of budget policy. The main emphasis in the formation of the theoretical foundations of budgetary policy is placed on budget expenditures. The distribution of budget funds is the main macroeconomic lever of the economy.
