Abstract

This article covers the theoretical and methodological foundations of the formation of effective speech skills in students in the process of native language education. Speech culture, effective use of language tools, ways to increase logical consistency and emotional responsiveness are analyzed. A separate discussion is made about the norms of melodiousness, articulation, correct breathing and literary pronunciation. According to the study, the relationship between linguistic knowledge, speech preparation and continuous speech exercises and practice in strengthening the skill of composing an effective speech is revealed.
