Abstract

This article is devoted to the study of the classification of incomplete sentences in the Uzbek language according to formal (grammatical structure) and substantive (semantic-pragmatic) features. The article provides a general definition of incomplete sentences, analyzes their differences from complete sentences, and their relationship to the speech situation (context and situation). The main focus is on the formal and substantive classification of incomplete sentences.
