Abstract

This article scientifically analyzes the role of vitamins in metabolic processes in the human body. The participation of vitamins in enzyme activity, their role in energy metabolism, and their importance in maintaining cellular functions are described. In addition, the biological characteristics of water-soluble and fat-soluble vitamins and metabolic disorders caused by their deficiency are discussed. The significance of vitamins in maintaining human health is explained based on scientific sources.
