MEDICAL-SOCIAL FACTORS IN THE FORMATION OF A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE AMONG CHILDREN

Abstract

Ensuring a healthy lifestyle among children remains a crucial global health priority, as behaviors adopted early in life significantly affect health outcomes into adulthood. Medical-social factors, encompassing elements such as family habits, socioeconomic status, healthcare accessibility, community infrastructure, and education, play a vital role in shaping children's health behaviors and lifestyle decisions [1]. Given the increasing prevalence of childhood obesity, diabetes, and mental health disorders, comprehensive knowledge of these factors is necessary to create effective interventions and policies to encourage healthier lifestyles among young populations.
