STRENGTHENING CHILDREN'S HEALTH: MODERN TRENDS AND REGIONAL STRATEGIES

Abstract

Children's health is the most important factor in the sustainable development of society, since the physical and mental well-being of the younger generation determines the future socio-economic potential of the country. In recent decades, there has been an increase in chronic diseases among children, an increase in obesity, allergic reactions, endocrine and mental disorders [1]. These negative trends are due to the impact of many factors, such as urbanization, environmental pollution, changes in diet, a sedentary lifestyle, stress and excessive use of digital technologies [2].

Modern challenges require the development and implementation of comprehensive measures aimed at preventing diseases and strengthening children's health at the national, regional and local levels. The development of effective strategies should take into account the individual and age characteristics of children, the influence of the environment, as well as the level of accessibility of medical and social care. Educational institutions, families and public organizations play an important role in health promotion and should work together to develop healthy habits and a healthy lifestyle in children [3].

In this regard, the study of modern trends in strengthening children's health, as well as the analysis of regional strategies aimed at improving their physical and mental health, are relevant and in demand in the scientific and practical spheres.
