THE ROLE OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE IN ONLINE EDUCATION SYSTEMS

Abstract

This article analyzes the role and potential of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies in the learning process within online education systems. The study examines the impact of AI-based learning platforms on knowledge acquisition, assessment processes, personalization opportunities, and student motivation, based on experimental data and surveys. The results demonstrate that AI technologies are a crucial factor in enhancing the efficiency and adaptability of the educational process. Additionally, the paper addresses certain limitations and risks associated with AI implementation – including data security, ethical concerns, and technical infrastructure challenges.
