IMPROVING THE PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE OF DIRECTORS OF PRESCHOOL EDUCATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS: THEORETICAL BASIS AND PRACTICAL APPROACHES
Abstract
This article scientifically analyzes the need to improve the professional competence of directors of preschool educational organizations (PEO), its main components, competency-based management approaches, and effective mechanisms for ensuring the professional development of directors in modern conditions. Practical proposals, a competency model, and algorithms for implementing improvement programs are also covered.
