Abstract

This article analyzes the activities of leading companies producing special protective clothing for firefighters on the world market, product design, and resistance of materials used to thermal, mechanical, and chemical factors. During the study, products from Rosenbauer, MSA Bristol, VIKING, LION, INNOTEX, Eagle Technical, FlamePro, HiCare, TEXPORT, and S GARD were comparatively analyzed, and samples developed based on innovative materials   aramid fibers, PBI composites, GORE TEX moisture barrier, and 3D thermal pads were studied.
