METHODOLOGICAL APPROACH IN MODELING THE PROCESS OF IMPROVING THE DISTANCE SKILLS OF THE LEADERS AND EDITORIAL STAFF OF THE PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION SYSTEM

Abstract
This article describes the essence and logical analysis of the methodological approach in modeling the process of remote qualification improvement of managers and editors of the professional education system , and the pedagogy of updating the professional knowledge and skills of managers and editors of the professional education system . illuminated by means of influence.
