INNOVATIVE APPROACHES TO DEVELOPING THE PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE OF MODERN EDUCATIONAL LEADERS
Abstract
The rapid transformation of the global education system, driven by digital technologies and socio-economic changes, requires modern educational leaders to continuously develop their professional competencies. This article examines innovative approaches that enhance the professional competence of educational managers, focusing on leadership skills, decision-making, digital literacy, and strategic planning. The study highlights the significance of innovation-oriented management practices such as digital leadership, project-based management, data-driven decision-making, continuous professional development, and collaborative learning environments. These approaches not only improve the effectiveness of school management but also contribute to the establishment of a flexible, adaptive, and future-oriented leadership culture. The research concludes that the integration of innovative methods into educational leadership is crucial for improving institutional performance, ensuring sustainable development, and meeting modern educational demands.
