MODERN STRATEGIES AND APPROACHES TO MANAGING INCLUSIVE EDUCATION IN PRESCHOOL INSTITUTIONS
Abstract
This article examines the management of inclusive education in preschool institutions, emphasizing modern strategies and approaches for integrating children with special educational needs. The study highlights the role of preschool leaders in organizing inclusive learning environments, coordinating with teachers and parents, and managing resources effectively. Key aspects include the development of leadership competencies, strategic planning, and the implementation of individualized educational programs. The article also analyzes the challenges faced by preschool institutions in fostering an inclusive culture and offers practical recommendations to enhance the quality of early childhood education. The findings demonstrate that effective management of inclusive education not only ensures equal opportunities for all children but also contributes to the overall development and social integration of students.
