THE INFLUENCE OF TEACHER–STUDENT INTERACTION ON ACADEMIC ACHIEVEMENT

Abstract

 Teacher–student interaction is a fundamental component of the educational process and plays a significant role in shaping students’ academic achievement. Effective interaction fosters motivation, engagement, and a supportive learning environment, which are essential for academic success. This article examines the influence of teacher–student interaction on academic achievement, highlighting key interactional factors such as communication quality, emotional support, feedback, and classroom climate. The findings suggest that positive and meaningful teacher–student interactions are strongly associated with improved academic performance and learning outcomes.
