THEORETICAL AND METHODOLOGICAL BASIS OF MANAGEMENT OF PRESCHOOL EDUCATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS BASED ON INNOVATIVE APPROACHES

Abstract

This article provides a comprehensive analysis of the theoretical and methodological bases of managing preschool educational organizations based on innovative approaches. In the study, the pedagogical essence of the concept of innovative management is revealed, its structural components and functions are based. Macro (global and national), meso and micro level mechanisms of introducing innovative management in the preschool education system are also covered. Based on the analysis of the scientific works of foreign, CIS and local scientists, the importance of innovative approaches in increasing the effectiveness of management in preschool educational organizations is scientifically justified. The article concludes that the development of innovative management competencies of the leading personnel is an important factor in ensuring the quality of education.
