THE STRATEGIC IMPERATIVE OF ENGLISH PROFICIENCY: A CATALYST FOR SUCCESS IN THE GLOBAL ECOSYSTEM

Abstract

This paper investigates the transition of the English language from a communicative tool to a fundamental strategic asset in the 21st-century global labor market. By exploring the intersection of Digital Humanities, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and sector-specific requirements in IT, medicine, and aviation, the study argues that linguistic competence is the primary driver of "human capital" appreciation. Furthermore, it examines the "Uzbekistan 2030" vision, illustrating how English proficiency serves as a bridge for technology transfer and national prestige.
