THE INFLUENCE OF THE HUMAN FACTORS IN THE USE OF METHODS IN PEDAGOGY

Abstract
In this article the author studies the impact human factors have on the application of the different teaching methods used in pedagogy considering the contemporary technological era. In as much as AI (Artificial Intelligence) offers customized, efficient, and analytic instructions, it lacks emotional intelligence as well as the ability to establish real interpersonal rapport with learners. The study shows the critical place of human educators in appreciating the emotional, psychological, and sociocultural needs of students, which AI is not capable of addressing. The body of the paper reaffirms the argument that the human component in education systems is key and paramount particularly in the help of learners in navigating challenges. So, effective education in the future will be especially in the balanced use of technology and human perspective.
