DEVELOPMENT OF STUDENTS’ SPEECH COMPETENCE THROUGH AN INNOVATIVE APPROACH TO THE STUDY OF THE STORY “JURAQUL” FROM JIYDALI

Abstract

The article examines the teaching of the dramatic story “Jiydalidan chiqqan Juraqul” from the literature textbook (Grade 8) using innovative methods. The study analyzes the effectiveness of Cluster, Venn diagram, ICT, and Debate methods in developing students’ speech competence. Results show that these methods enhance critical thinking, creativity, and collaborative skills among learners.
