Abstract

This article explores the issue of plagiarism in academic writing, emphasizing its negative impact on scientific integrity and knowledge development. It examines the causes and consequences of plagiarism, as well as effective strategies and tools for its prevention and detection. The study highlights the importance of fostering academic honesty, ethical behavior, and awareness among students and researchers to uphold the quality and credibility of scholarly work. Recommendations for educational institutions and policy makers are provided to strengthen anti-plagiarism measures.
